Mission Team Update

Missions

Anchor Ridge recently had the pleasure of hosting an amazing mission youth group from Tomoka Christian Church – Ormond Beach, FL. During their week serving with Anchor Ridge, the team blessed the community and the families we serve in many different ways!

Sharing The Bright, Joyful Hope Of Jesus

Improvements were made to our local community center / distribution center in North Wilkesboro, NC such as painting and product organization. Hundreds of families flow through this center on a monthly basis to receive their food, hygiene products and household items. By freshening up the center, the team made Anchor Ridge even more welcoming to families and a bright, joyful place for kids that need to feel the Hope of Jesus.

Discipleship

We will soon be launching our TV Studio in North Wilkesboro. This will also serve as a time for local families to hear the Gospel, receive Hope and be ministered to as they attend as our live studio audience. Discipleship in Christ is very important at Anchor Ridge and the Tomoka Mission Team put forth tremendous efforts in assisting us in the renovation and preparation of the studio to accommodate our mission to share Christ locally and around the world!

Being The Hands And Feet

Beyond the teams’ hard work and efforts in renovation projects, they also served as the hands and feet of Jesus by bagging and processing provision in our processing center and joining us on a delivery in West Virginia to hand out these products with Love!

Anchor Ridge looks forward to welcoming many more mission teams from across the nation this year!
